UBA has become a disappointment lately, its really frustrating to have a UBA mobile App in your phone or tablet , because you cant use it anymore. Ahout twi weeks now j cant even access my uBA app whivh i called them out using my X account and the response was that they are working to fix the issue .. Till this very moment that i am wroting this review nothing has been done . This attitude shows how non chalant the management is, they done care about the plight of their customers how they have ruined their businesses and lives with this ill conceived attitude.. my suggestion is for them to eat the humble pie and learn from these fintech banks like opay how they are able to achieve their service witg ease
