Ritz Appetite Cuisine had one of the nicest ambiences I visited that day. The space was clean, calm, and comfortable, which raised my expectations. I ordered fried rice, plantain, chicken, and zobo. The fried rice cost ₦1,800, and the plantain was between ₦800 and ₦1,000 for a portion. Unfortunately, the food experience was very disappointing. The chicken served to me was spoiled, and when I complained, they replaced it with another piece that was also bad. The fried rice didn’t impress me, and the plantain was served cold. I completely lost my appetite and couldn’t enjoy the meal at all. The only thing I genuinely liked was the zobo — it was refreshing and well made. Customer service was fairly okay because the staff listened to my complaint and tried to help, but food quality is too important for an issue like this. Despite the good ambience, I wouldn’t recommend eating here based on my experience.
