I visited BGN Wellness Spa for their Traditional Scrub Session. Booking and reception were smooth, and the staff were polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. The spa has a calm, homely feel, with clean and well-kept spaces that make it easy to relax. The therapist explained each step of the scrub, which I appreciated. The scrub itself was gentle but effective, and my skin felt clean, and renewed afterwards. However, having to lie on a bare tiled surface during the session was uncomfortable and affected my overall comfort (imagine laying on a tiled surface after doing your skincare at home), even though the room temperature was fine and the therapist checked in regularly (she kept asking if i was okay, and if i needed her to scrub any other part). The session costs ₦35,500. While the service quality and ambience were good, I feel the pricing could be slightly lower considering the comfort level. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.
